MoxieView is an independent connectivity advisor and authorized retailer partner. We are not a direct Internet Service Provider (ISP). We provide strategic brokerage and advisory services to match clients with third-party telecommunications infrastructure.
2. Service & Pricing Disclaimer
MoxieView provides no guarantee regarding service availability, pricing, speeds, installation timelines, or promotions. All data is for informational purposes and may vary by provider, network capacity, and specific service location.
3. Third-Party Responsibility
Final service terms, billing, outages, installation scheduling, and network performance are the sole responsibility of the selected telecommunications provider. MoxieView is not liable for provider-side operational failures.
4. No Warranty
MoxieView does not guarantee uninterrupted service or provider availability. Our platform and advisory services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
5. Limitation of Liability
MoxieView shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to third-party telecommunications services or network performance.
6. TCPA & Consent
By using our forms, you acknowledge our Privacy Policy and provide consent for communications via phone, SMS, and email as outlined in our TCPA disclosures.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
